For accuracy, documentation, and student privacy, all correspondence with Texas Homeschool Alliance is handled exclusively in writing. This ensures every inquiry and verification request can be properly recorded and maintained for future reference. Our phone line is reserved for schools, employers, and authorized organizations needing to verify student records on a time-sensitive basis. Written authorization from the student or parent/guardian of record is required prior to any record specific verification. For privacy reasons, Texas Homeschool Alliance does not confirm or deny student records by phone without proper authorization.

Verification Requests

Texas Homeschool Alliance provides academic record verification only for students whose records were officially prepared and maintained by our Office of the Registrar. Verification requires written authorization from the student or parent/guardian of record. For privacy and security reasons, Texas Homeschool Alliance cannot confirm or deny graduation status, enrollment, or record existence without proper authorization. We are not a central registry for homeschool graduates and cannot verify records for individuals who have not utilized our services.
