TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
REQUEST AN OFFICIAL OR UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
ELIGIBILITY
Transcript requests are available only for students whose records are permanently stored with Texas Homeschool Alliance. If your diploma and transcripts were originally prepared through our Homeschool Diploma, Transcript & and Record Keeping Package, you may request additional copies at any time. We do not issue transcripts for individuals whose records are not on file.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
An unofficial high school transcript is stamped "Issued to Student” and is intended for personal reference or informal submission. This version is not sealed and is not considered official by schools or employers.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
An official transcript is stamped "Official Transcript", includes the Registrar’s signature and embossed seal, and is enclosed in a sealed envelope with a tamper evident seal signed by the Registrar. This version is considered official by schools and employers.
FEES & PROCESSING TIME
The fee for an unofficial high school transcript mailed to the Homeschool Administrator or student is $15. The fee for an official sealed transcript mailed to a school, employer, or institution is $25. Transcripts are typically processed and mailed within 1-2 business days after verification of your record.

VERIFICATION & PRIVACY
To protect student records, Texas Homeschool Alliance verifies all requests before issuing transcripts. We release transcripts only to the parent, guardian, or adult learner of record. All information submitted is used solely for verification and record maintenance. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
