ELIGIBILITY & TERMS OF SERVICE
ELIGIBILITY
Texas Homeschool Alliance provides diploma and transcript preparation and record keeping services to:

Parents, guardians, or administrators of a homeschool program conducted in compliance with state homeschool laws.

Adult learners who completed a home based or self-directed high school education program.

Services are not available for:

Public or private school students.

Students currently enrolled in accredited institutions.

Individuals seeking false or misleading educational documentation.
By submitting an order, you certify that all academic information provided is accurate and represents coursework legitimately completed under your homeschool program or independent study. Texas Homeschool Alliance reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with these eligibility requirements.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas Homeschool Alliance provides:

Preparation of homeschool diplomas and transcripts based on customer supplied academic information.

Lifetime transcript storage for future retrieval, verification, and sealed transcript requests.
We are not a school and do not provide instruction or testing. All documents are prepared solely from information submitted by the parent, guardian, or adult learner acting as the homeschool administrator.
PAYMENT & PROCESSING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Orders are not processed until payment has cleared through our merchant processor. Once document preparation has begun, orders are considered final and non-refundable. For full details, see our Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds page.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. Texas Homeschool Alliance prepares documents exactly as submitted. Corrections requested after production will require a reissue fee.
RECORD KEEPING & PRIVACY
All completed transcripts are securely archived for lifetime retrieval and verification purposes. Customer information is never shared or sold. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
VERIFICATION REQUESTS
Third party institutions (schools, employers, or agencies) may request verification directly through our contact form or by email at registrar@texashomeschoolalliance.com. Only authorized personnel may release verification information, and only for graduates whose records are on file.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Texas Homeschool Alliance is not responsible for decisions made by schools, employers, or agencies regarding the acceptance of homeschool diplomas or transcripts. Our responsibility is limited to the accurate preparation and storage of documents as described.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to jurisdiction within the State of Texas.
UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
Texas Homeschool Alliance may update these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date listed below.
