SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after student information has been verified and payment has been successfully processed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHOD

All documents are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) using the shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

Texas Homeschool Alliance only ships to the billing address provided during Stripe Checkout. No exceptions are made to this policy. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the billing address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times vary based on USPS operations, destination, and external factors. Texas Homeschool Alliance is not responsible for carrier delays, late deliveries, or service interruptions once a shipment has been transferred to USPS.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent within one (1) business day after the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after a tracking number has been created.

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address

  • refusal of delivery

  • failure to accept delivery

the order will not be refunded. Reshipment will be available once the original shipment has been returned to our office. An additional shipping fee will be required to resend the documents.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and contents. Requests for replacement due to damage will be reviewed and handled at our discretion.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will review the tracking information and carrier status. Replacement requests for lost shipments may be considered once the carrier confirms the shipment has not been delivered. Texas Homeschool Alliance does not guarantee replacement for lost shipments and is not responsible for carrier errors or delivery issues once the package has been transferred to USPS.

CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once a shipment has been transferred to USPS, Texas Homeschool Alliance has no control over the delivery process and is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost mail. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and contact USPS directly for delivery updates.
