HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS, DIPLOMAS & VERIFICATION SERVICES
Texas Homeschool Alliance provides homeschooling parents and adult learners with official high school transcripts and diplomas that colleges, employers, and institutions recognize and accept.
Every package we offer includes the following:

Two professionally prepared high school homeschool transcripts, one for your records and one official sealed copy.

Lifetime transcript storage for retrieval, future sealed transcript requests, and verification when needed.

Our Complete Homeschool Graduation Package also includes two diplomas and a padded diploma folder. Documents are only issued as part of our Homeschool packages. We do not sell individual diplomas or transcripts.
SUBMIT YOUR ORDER
Start by completing the Order Form. You as the homeschool administrator will provide the academic information directly within the form including the student name, graduation date, classes, and grades. All details must be accurate and complete at the time of submission as the information you supply becomes the official homeschool record maintained by Texas Homeschool Alliance.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION
Our registrar prepares your homeschool records based on the information you provide to us on the order form. All documents are formatted in a clear, official style layout using professional fonts, paper, and seals to reflect the legitimacy of your homeschool education.
PRINTING & ARCHIVING
Once prepared, your homeschool documents are printed, embossed, sealed, and signed in accordance with the information supplied on your order form. At the same time, a permanent record of your transcript is securely archived for lifetime retrieval and verification.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your homeschool documents will be mailed directly to the parent, guardian, or adult learner. Official sealed transcripts may be also be sent directly to a school, employer, or institution if so desired.
FUTURE REQUESTS & VERIFICATION
Because we maintain lifetime records, graduates may request additional official sealed transcripts at any time. Employers and colleges may also submit verification requests directly to Texas Homeschool Alliance.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are completed within 1–2 business days after all required academic details are received and payment is successfully processed. Shipping times vary by location, and tracking information is provided once your package ships.
RECORD RETENTION POLICY
All high school transcripts remain on file permanently. This ensures that future official sealed copies can be issued and that graduates have verifiable homeschool documentation available for life.

We do not create or approve academic content; grades and coursework are supplied by the parent or adult learner.

We do not sell diplomas or transcripts individually, only as part of a complete package with our record keeping services.
